Returns & Refunds Policy (5-Day)

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, in original condition and original packaging with all accessories/tags; and
  • Return request raised within 5 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items (for hygiene/safety)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & beauty used items
  • Innerwear
  • Consumables
  • Customized products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Any product explicitly marked “non-returnable” on its product page

Damaged/defective on arrival

If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video and a short description at support@auzora-shop.com We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

How to raise a return

  1. Email support@auzora-shop.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/video.
  2. We’ll review your request, approve it if eligible, and share pickup/return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the resolution (refund or exchange as applicable).

Pickups & self-ship

Where pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return center. Please use a trackable courier service and share the receipt details with us.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
  • If you paid by COD (if applicable), we’ll refund via bank transfer/UPI after you share your details.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund as per the refund policy above.

Return rejections

We may refuse returns that are:

  • Used or damaged by the customer
  • Missing parts, tags, or original packaging
  • Outside the 5-day return window
  • Listed under non-returnable categories
